Appleman, APR, president of Successful Business Writing, is a writing instructor/coach who is driven by the belief that PR specialists and other professionals can dramatically improve their documents by following proven techniques. His passion to teach writing led him to pen two books, including 10 Steps to Successful Business Writing – 2nd edition (ATD Press). Over the past two decades, Jack’s workshops and coaching programs have helped thousands of working professionals achieve better results with their writing. His expertise includes AI-generated writing, having recently published a PR Daily column, Use AI to Draft – and Your Instincts to Edit. Jack is also an adjunct professor at New York University, teaching Business Communications to graduate students.

Allison Carter has built her career around content in all its forms. She cut her teeth during the early days of social media, helping small businesses create and execute content strategies across platforms. After a brief stint as an advertising copywriter with companies including Microsoft and Chase, she joined her hometown newspaper, the Indianapolis Star. For over seven years she worked as a social media producer, a trending content writer, and in her happiest roles, as an editor to talented reporters and photographers, helping figure out what audiences really want to read and keeping the legacy paper’s digital strategies sharp. She played a small role in the 2020 Pulitzer Prize-winning story “Mauled.”

Eitan Goldstein is the communications manager for Propel, an Artificial Media Intelligence (AMI) tool that enables PR and communications professionals to automatically generate press releases and pitches. Before this, he was a senior editor at YnetNews, the English language edition of Ynet, Israel’s largest newspaper. Originally from Indianapolis, IN, Eitan currently resides in Tel Aviv, Israel.
