Marketing Coordinator, The JCC of Greater Baltimore

The JCC of Greater Baltimore is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator.

The JCC seeks a highly organized, resourceful, flexible and positive team player to assist their busy Marketing team. This individual will be helping our team stay on top of projects by providing basic design and social media support, updating our websites, generating quarterly digital marketing reports, posting events to online calendars, gathering and uploading marketing collateral from partners and clients and handling a variety of other administrative tasks.

This new benefit eligible position starts at 30 hours a week. Salary level commensurate with experience. (Range $20-$23/hr – depending on experience)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  1.  Design support
    1. Format emails
    2. Create images for social posts (Canva or Adobe)
    3. Set up Interactive PDFs
    4. Manage photo library
    5. Update Website
  2. Pull Data Reports
    1. Organic Social Stats & Google Reviews
    2. Google Analytics – web stats
    3. Campaign Monitor – email stats
  3. Account Support – gathering assets from partners/clients
    1. Gordon Shows
    2. Film Institute
    3. Follow up with various clients.
  4. Social media
    1. Upload videos to You Tube
    2. Set up Facebook event pages
    3. Help research and create posts
  5. PR support
    1. Post event listings to appropriate community/media calendars
  6. Administrative
    1. Handling incoming requests for advertising at the JCC/Gordon Center
    2. Submit invoices for payment
    3. Manage in house print requests

 WHO YOU ARE:

  • Able to successfully juggle multiple tasks each day
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Quick learner, especially of technology
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Significant experience with Word Press, Canva, Adobe Acrobat Pro, email marketing software.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gravity Forms a plus
  • Photography and video skills a plus
