As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will:

    • Under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Marketing Project Manager, participate in developing Sheppard Pratt’s digital content, social media strategy, and website maintenance and updates. 
    • Play a central role in integrating the work of a fast-paced team for maximum impact and results.
    • Ensure that team operations run smoothly and assist with executing projects specific to Sheppard Pratt’s social media and website. Responsibilities include:
      • Digital content creation and publishing/deployment, with a heavy focus on e-newsletters and blogs;
      • Social media channel strategy, content creation and posting, acquisition, and growth; and
    • Website maintenance and updates, with a strong focus on KPIs, analytics, and optimization.


    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field and 1-3 years’ experience.  Healthcare or advertising agency experience is highly preferred.  Knowledge and experience should include:
      • strong communication skills,
      • proven aptitude in content marketing strategy,
      • solid understanding of how to structure and optimize content on the web,
      • exceptional attention to editorial detail,
      • skills in using Microsoft Office suite,
      • experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal,
      • working knowledge of and experience using social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) for advancing a brand,
      • experience with email deployment tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact,
      • skills with SEO,
      • experience with a CRM, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
    • Other preferred qualifications include:
      • Working knowledge of paid social campaigns
      • Experience with video creation
      • Knowledge of and passion for mental health issues
    • Familiarity with Adobe suite of applications
