Baltimore Public Relations Council Announces Fresh Leadership for New Term

Ashley Millner with the Maryland State Police will succeed longtime member Sandy Arnette as president of the council for the 2025-2027 term 

Baltimore, Md. (October 7, 2025) – Baltimore Public Relations Council (BPRC) is excited to announce its board officers for the 2025-2027 term, which is comprised of eight members, including:

  • President: Ashley Millner, Maryland State Police
  • President-Elect: Sarah Tyler, D&G Solutions
  • Treasurer: Wayne Kirwan, T. Wayne Kirwan Public Relations & Marketing Communications+
  • Secretary: Emily Williamson, Baltimore County Public Library
  • Immediate Past President: Sandy Arnette, Arnette Media Strategies, LLC
  • Member-at-Large: Patrick Seidl, TBC
  • Member-at-Large: Lindsay Hebert, Devaney & Associates

“I’m incredibly honored to step into this role with the Baltimore Public Relations Council. PR is all about connection, and I’m excited to work alongside such a talented group of people to keep moving our community forward,” said Ashley Millner, BPRC’s newly-elected President. “I’d like to express gratitude to Sandy Arnette for her leadership and guidance over the last two years and look forward to building on her successes.”

BPRC is a nonprofit organization that brings together industry professionals to connect and advance communications throughout the Baltimore region. The Council has a stellar slate of programs for late 2025, including Find Your Voice, Fuel Your Purpose with Kathleen Cairns, a morning with the Baltimore Business Journal and the annual holiday luncheon with keynote speaker Kevin “KAL” Kallaugher. 

Recognizing Years of Service:

BPRC would like to thank immediate past-president Sandy Arnette for her years of service. Arnette joined BPRC in June 2000 and since then held several roles on the board, including with programming, membership, vice president and president. The organization also thanks Gayle Economos for her long-term role as Membership Chair.
