  • Jonathan Bor was the Baltimore Sun’s lead medical reporter for the past 20 years, having recently taken a buyout to pursue independent work. At the Sun, he also wrote book reviews on medicine as well as jazz and popular music. Jonathan has broad interests, and is capable of writing on a wide variety of topics for publications and institutions whose mission he can embrace.
  • Nancy Jones-Bonbrest is a Baltimore-area freelance writer with more than 15 years experience. Nancy writes regularly for the Baltimore Sun, concentrating on its weekly At Work feature, which profiles area workers and the jobs they do. She also writes features for the paper’s Real Estate and Home & Garden sections. Her work also periodically appears in Maryland Life Magazine, covering primarily business-related topics.
  • Rebecca Klein is editor and freelancer for Modern Babies & Children magazine. Rebecca is always on the prowl for must read stories for parents and grandparents of newborns through tweens. Information about children’s activities, health issues, and latest and greatest kids’ products are of interest.
  • Amy Landsman has over 25 years experience in radio, television and print journalism. She’s a regular contributor to “Baltimore’s Child,” “The Baltimore Jewish Times,” and “Harford County Kids” magazines.
  • Mary Medland is a freelance writer whose work has been published by the Washington Post, Christian Science Monitor, American Bar Association Journal, Maryland Life, The Daily Record, Baltimore Sun and many other publications. She writes on a variety of topics including, among others, health care, finance, travel and education.
  • Deborah Rudacille is trained as a science writer so that is her main beat but she has been branching out into pop culture. Her work appears regularly in Urbanite, STYLE and other magazines.
  • Martha Thomas has written for the Urbanite, Baltimore magazine, the Sun, Maryland Life, Smart CEO, Smart Woman and various Johns Hopkins publications. Martha also writes for Auto Exec, and occasionally for Architectural Digest. She regularly contributes food features and restaurant reviews (along with the occasional feature story) to the Urbanite and a monthly automotive column (and occasional food pieces) to Baltimore magazine.
