About the Author

Michael has been in charge of media relations/PR for Greater Baltimore Medical Center for the past 5+ years. During this time, he has worked on stories such as the birth of quadruplets (which gained national media attention), the birth of a sitting Governor's child and the death of a Baltimore sports broadcasting icon. Michael, whose motto is "Something Different Every Day", has also handled several crises, including on-campus car accidents, water main breaks, roadway collapses, and floods. Prior to joining GBMC, Michael worked in legislative media advocacy for the American Cancer Society, at a Florida PR agency, and as a reporter with both daily and weekly newspapers.
