TRADESHOWS
Management of tradeshow budget
Tradeshow selection / schedule
All logistics in accordance with show (booth selection, service contracts, etc.)
Shipping management to/from shows
Onsite logistics when needed
Pre-show and post showing marketing, including creative and distribution
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Writing and sending of monthly newsletter
Sending additional email blasts as needed, including press releases, webinar announcements, targeted email campaigns and more
Tracking and analysis of email results
PRINT PUBLICATIONS
Management of all US print publications, ensuring they are up-to-date
CRM
Importing of local website leads
Importing of lists acquired
Management and cleanup of lists particular to marketing (press,etc.)
MEDIA PLANNING & BUYING
Management of advertising budget
Management of all advertising including selection, buying, creative, and schedule (print, e-advertising, etc.)
Securing editorials in industry magazines; working with editors/staff on articles
Tracking and analysis of advertising
WEBSITE & E-LEARNING
Management of content on Americas website
Management of monthly webinar schedule, including creation of powerpoints and posting webinars to website
In conjunction with web designer, creation of forms used for advertising, webinars and other purposes
Tracking of webinar attendance
PRESS RELEASES
Writing of US press releases
Posting US and corporate press releases to services including PRWeb and PRNewswire
Tracking and analysis of press release distribution
GLOBAL
Working with corporate office on key marketing projects
OTHER
In conjunction with President, management of marketing budget
Management of US case studies, including conducting interviews and writing copy for website
Job Qualifications:
